During your pregnancy

If you've been eating a healthy diet during the months preceding your pregnancy, all well and good. There are very few changes you'll need to make to your diet now that your baby is on the way. If you have not yet switched to a healthier diet, don't worry. It's never too late to start - even if you're several months pregnant.

Changing to a better diet now will help your body cope with the remainder of your pregnancy and the demands of breastfeeding as well as being of benefit to your developing baby.
